1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PropFlagger (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the Site.

2. Description of Service

PropFlagger provides:

  • Independent reviews and risk analysis of proprietary trading ("prop") firms
  • A proprietary scoring system (the "PropFlagger Score") based on publicly available data, editorial assessment, and Trustpilot ratings
  • Comparison tools, risk detection tools, and challenge program breakdowns
  • Educational content about prop trading, challenge rules, and risk management
  • Community features including saved firms and personal account dashboards

PropFlagger is an informational platform only. We are not a financial institution, investment adviser, broker-dealer, or prop firm. We do not facilitate trading, manage funds, or provide investment advice.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content on PropFlagger — including reviews, scores, risk assessments, flag reports, and comparisons — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

The PropFlagger Score and Risk Score are analytical tools based on our methodology. They do not predict future firm behaviour, guarantee payout, or account for personal trading circumstances. You should conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making any trading decisions or purchasing any prop firm challenge.

4. Accuracy of Information

PropFlagger makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate, up-to-date information. However:

  • Prop firm rules, fees, and programs change frequently. Information may be outdated between update cycles.
  • Reviews and scores reflect our assessment at the time of publication.
  • We rely on publicly available data, user reports, and firm disclosures — we cannot verify all claims independently.
  • PropFlagger provides no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Always verify information directly with the prop firm before purchasing a challenge or funded account.

5. User Accounts

When you create a PropFlagger account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful registration information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
  • Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for abuse purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or provide false information.

6. Affiliate Links & Commercial Relationships

PropFlagger participates in affiliate programmes. Links labelled "Start Challenge", "Visit Firm", or similar may be affiliate links through which we earn a commission if you purchase. These commissions help fund our independent research.

Editorial independence: Affiliate relationships do not influence our PropFlagger Score, Risk Score, flag analysis, or written reviews. All firms are scored using the same methodology regardless of whether a commercial relationship exists. We clearly label affiliate links.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PropFlagger to:

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content, scores, or data without written permission
  • Impersonate PropFlagger, its staff, or other users
  • Submit false information, fake reviews, or manipulate our data
  • Access the site via automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers beyond standard search engine indexing
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms or risk analysis methodology
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All content on PropFlagger — including written reviews, risk assessments, scoring methodology, the PropFlagger Score system, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of PropFlagger and is protected by copyright law.

You may share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts (up to 50 words) with clear attribution and a link back to the original page. Any other reproduction requires prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links

PropFlagger contains links to third-party websites, including prop firm websites, Trustpilot, and other sources. These links are provided for reference only. We have no control over third-party sites and accept no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropFlagger, its owners, staff, and contributors shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses arising from decisions made based on content on this Site
  • Inaccuracies or outdated information in reviews or scores
  • Actions taken or not taken by prop firms reviewed on this Site
  • Technical issues, downtime, or data loss
  • Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Your use of PropFlagger is entirely at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropFlagger and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
