In short: some links on PropFlagger may be affiliate links. If you buy through one, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It never changes my opinion, and I never accept payment to write about, rank or praise a product.
What is an affiliate link?
An affiliate link is a special link to a product or service, such as a charting platform, a broker, a book or a course. If you click it and make a qualifying purchase or sign up, the company may pay me a commission. The price you pay is the same.
How I handle affiliate relationships
- Disclosure: a page that contains affiliate links says so near the top, before the first link, and affiliate links are marked
rel="sponsored"so search engines know. - Independence: I only mention tools I consider relevant to the topic. A commission never decides what I write or how I rate something, and I say clearly when I have not used a product myself.
- Honest limits: I describe weaknesses and costs as well as strengths. I do not claim that any tool or service will make you profitable.
- No pay-for-review: I do not accept payment for reviews or favourable coverage. If I ever publish sponsored content, it will be labelled “Sponsored”.
Brokers and trading services
If I link to a broker or trading platform, it is a mention, not a recommendation to open an account or trade. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Check that any broker is properly regulated in your country before using it.
Advertising is different
This site may also show advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads are chosen automatically by Google and its partners, I get paid when they are viewed or clicked, and they are labelled “Advertisement”. They are not affiliate links and they are not endorsements. Please do not click ads to support the site; only click if you are genuinely interested.
Why I disclose this
I follow the principles of transparent endorsements set by the US Federal Trade Commission and the Advertising Standards Council of India. If anything here is unclear, ask me.
