Research, not advice. This is what I found in public sources about prop trading firms. It is not financial advice or a recommendation to buy any challenge. A challenge is a paid evaluation: most people who try one do not get funded, and the fee is usually not returned. Rules, prices and ratings change often, so confirm everything on the firm’s official site. Some links here are affiliate links, explained in the affiliate disclosure. See the full disclaimer.
Is Tradeify worth it? My quick verdict
Tradeify is the futures firm I would study for its structure. You get several ways to pass an evaluation and two funded paths, and good reported payout speed. It ranks sixth in my Top 10 prop firm ranking because it is new, its review count is much smaller than the big names, and its model puts a ceiling on withdrawals that you must understand before paying.
What is Tradeify?
Tradeify is a US-based futures prop firm that grew quickly in 2024 and 2025 (sources disagree on the exact founding year). It offers evaluation plans called Growth, Select and Lightning, and after passing you choose between a Daily and a Flex funded path. I found detailed rules for Growth and Select but not Lightning, so I do not describe Lightning here. It also runs a separate crypto product; this review covers futures.
How reputable is Tradeify?
- Public rating: quoted between 4.3 and 4.7. One article cites 4.6 from about 2,590 reviews; another, 4.6 with around 600. The oldest source gave the lowest score.
- Payout evidence: one source describes over $150 million in verified payouts and 80,000 traders, but a reviewer notes it “hasn’t been stress-tested by a bad market yet”.
- Track record: short compared with Topstep.
What do traders praise and complain about?
Praised: fast payout processing after approval, flexible evaluation styles, and a soft daily loss limit on Growth that pauses the day instead of failing the account.
Complained about or flagged:
- Payout caps. The central criticism: profit you must earn versus profit you may withdraw.
- Verification delays. A few reviewers describe identity checks taking time; the firm’s reply said the Sumsub check typically completes within hours once the liveness step succeeds.
- A minimum withdrawal of $1,000 quoted by one source.
I could not read Reddit directly. Check recent futures subreddits for payout reports.
Which Tradeify rules should you read before buying?
- Consistency: none during the Growth eval but 35% when funded, versus 40% on Select with a three-day minimum.
- Daily loss limit behaviour on each plan.
- Daily vs Flex: a permanent choice with different caps, buffers and payout schedules.
- Consistency counters reset after each payout, per one source.
How much does Tradeify cost and how do payouts work?
Pricing varies by plan and size. The reported split is 90/10, but the number to model is the cap per payout cycle. If you expect to take large payouts early, compare it with Lucid Trading, which markets fast payouts, and Apex.

Cons

Who is Tradeify best for, and who should skip it?
Best for futures traders who want flexibility in how they pass and are comfortable modelling payout caps.
Think twice if you expect to withdraw most profit quickly or you want a decade-long record.

Reminder: I do not claim that any firm here is safe, that you will pass a challenge, get funded or be paid, or that trading will be profitable. Ratings are my editorial judgement from public sources, which are often affiliate-funded and sometimes disagree. Commissions never change a score. Only pay what you can afford to lose.
